Pro. Authentication & Appraisals from TC Music Enterprise:

Your musical instrument is more than just a piece of wood -- it's an investment. A written appraisal from TC Music Enterprise protects your investment by establishing the value of your guitar in the current market, which is valuable information for your banker, for your insurance agent, and for your peace of mind.

Appraisal report is available by sending us via email the following:

• Front and back photos of the instrument (required). Additional photos can be uploaded in order to include detailed photos if necessary. Please limit file size to 25MB.

• Serial number

• Description of modifications, repairs and other issues not apparent from photos

• Credit card information for $50 (@ RM225) appraisal fee

• Mailing address

• Email address

• ​

Upon completion, a copy of the appraisal in pdf will be sent to you by email and the original appraisal will be sent via Poslaju National Courier / FedEX, or etc.

Pro. Detailed Appraisals:

For appraisals requiring the examination of 10 or more photos, a higher fee may apply. Please contact us at (60) 12 791 0075 or tcmusicenterprise@gmail.com to discuss.

Pro. In Person Appraisals:

Appraisals are available at the shop during regular business hours for a $60 (@RM 270) fee. This detailed appraisal will provide a significantly higher level of service and certainty than one done from photos alone since your instrument will be thoroughly examined by our repair staff and evaluated in-hand by Terence.

 

Pro. In-Depth Appraisals:

We can provide a complete, in-depth appraisal, including in-hand examination and authentication of all components of the instrument. For pre-CBS Fender instruments and most pre-Norlin Gibson Les Pauls, the fee is $100 (@ RM450). Please contact us at (60) 12 791 0075 or tcmusicenterprise@gmail.com to set up an appointment.

Pro. Complimentary Appraisals:

Upon request, we will provide an appraisal at no charge for any instrument you buy from us within two years of the purchase date.

* Inspection / authentication fee only without the issuance of report(s) is $40

(@RM180).

​

** Semi-hollow & fully hollow body guitars shall incur an additional surcharge of $27 (@ RM120) for 'key-hole' surgery / extra handling cost.
